People often innocently ask – after hearing that we’ve studied astrology – you don’t really believe in astrology do you? After all isn’t astrology just fortune telling and an old superstition? We always answer the same way. Astrology isn’t something to believe in it’s something to know about.

Astrology isn’t a belief system anymore than psychology is a belief system. Both systems evolved to help us understand what being human is all about. Both are based upon observation, theoretical speculation, empirical testing, and adapting to times and culture. Both help us learn how early childhood patterning drives us as adults. Why we become so predictable in our behavior and decisions. Why we’ve arrived at a particular point in our lives.

But astrology has the advantage of being able to reveal personality potential, cycles of opportunity, crisis, and awareness. Is astrology fatalistic? No! Planets don’t make things happen people do!

Of course we’re quite biased as to what we “know”. Master astrologer Noel Tyl, one of the foremost astrologer’s in the world, has trained us. And what we’ve learned, what we “know”, works! Of course, it only makes sense within the context and drama of the life we are living. It’s that simple! Do we believe that planets millions of mile away have a direct effect upon what we do? No! Planets don’t make things happen people do!

But yet, somehow, mysteriously, often miraculously, astrology reflects and correlates with what is happening in our lives. There seems to be a time for every purpose under heaven: “A time to be born, to plant, to reap, to heal, to laugh, to weep, to build up, to break down, to dance, – book of Ecclesiastes. And “knowing” that time and purpose is what astrology is all about.
