CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the session date and time will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be rebooked without any penalty.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time.

Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

We will require your personal information to be able to cast an Astrological Chart such as; a name, date, time, and place of birth. We may ask your permission to use your chart for teaching or lecturing purposes,  In such cases, we will create an alias, and  we will never show your personal information. We will not share your chart if you don’t give expressed, written permission to use it.

Payment and Credit Card Information

We will not handle any credit card information, all payments will be made through a third party such as PayPal or Stripe, but not exclusive to them.

Additional Information

Through our work together, I might need additional personal data to inform our work. Such information might include age, marital status, pronouns, social identity, race, location, and religion.
